A collar you don't have to be careful with.

Why a waterproof dog collar?
Most collars are made of nylon or fabric. These materials absorb water and dirt like a sponge. After a few wet walks, the collar starts to smell and it becomes difficult to get rid of that smell.

What size dog collar do I need?
Measure your dog's neck circumference with a tape measure where the collar normally sits. Allow two fingers' width between the tape measure and the neck for a comfortable fit. Check our size guidefor help.
Size XS: neck circumference 20-30 cm
Size S: neck circumference 28-40 cm
Size M: neck circumference 35-50 cm
Size L: neck circumference 45-65 cm
Doubting between two sizes? Take the larger size. The collar is adjustable so you can always tighten it.
When a collar and when a harness?
A collar is perfect for dogs that walk calmly on a leash and don't pull. It's ideal for short walks, identification (with a tag) and as a backup next to a harness.
Does your dog pull regularly? Then we recommend a dog harness. This distributes the pressure across the chest instead of the neck. Many owners use a collar and harness together, depending on the situation.
