Are your products waterproof?

Our waterproof line is completely waterproof. The collar and line can withstand rain, mud, and a dive in the ditch. After the walk, just rinse them off and they are as good as new.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Above €75, shipping is free within NL, BE and DE.

Can I return my order?

Of course. You have 30 days to change your mind. Return the product unused and in its original packaging, and you will get your money back. No hassle.
