Return Policy

At UNBORINGBYPIP, we want you (and your dog) to be 100% happy with every purchase. Does it not fit or are you not satisfied? No problem. You have  30 days  after receipt to return your product.

Here's how it works:

  1. Send an email to  hello@unboringbypip.com  with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions within 24 hours (on business days).
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging or other suitable packaging.
  4. Drop off the package at a PostNL point.
  5. Your money will be back in your account within 5 business days after receipt.

The shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Refunds are always processed via your original payment method (iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, etc.). After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the amount within  5 business days.

  • Unused products:  Full refund of the purchase amount.
  • Received damaged or defective:  Send us photos of the problem. We will resolve it immediately with a new product or a full refund.
  • Received wrong product:  Contact us, we will send the correct product at no extra cost.

Did you use a discount or promotional code? Then the actually paid amount will be refunded, not the original catalog price.

Conditions

Products must be  unused and in their original packaging  when returned. Collars and harnesses that have clearly been worn (hair, dirt, odor) cannot be accepted back, unfortunately.

Never return anything without contacting us first. Without return instructions, we cannot process the return.

Exchanges

Are you unsure about the size? You can exchange your product for a different size or color. Email us with your order number and which size or color you want. We will send you the new product as soon as the return has been received. Return costs are at your own expense.

Don't want to wait? Order the correct size in advance. As soon as we receive the first product back, we will refund the original.

Damaged or defective product

Did your product arrive damaged or have you discovered a manufacturing defect? Contact us immediately (preferably within 7 days of receipt) and send us photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The LOT number (on the label)

We will send a replacement product or issue a full refund without questions. No forms, no hassle.
