Return Policy

At UnboringByPip we want you (and your dog) to be 100% happy with every purchase. Does it not fit or you don't like it? No problem. You have 30 days after receipt to return your product.

This is how it works.

  1. Send an email to hello@unboringbypip.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with the return instructions within 24 hours on working days.
  3. Pack the product in the original packaging or other suitable packaging.
  4. Send the parcel according to the instructions. Returning your order costs €7.50.
  5. Your money will be back in your account within 5 working days of receipt.

Refund

Refunds are always processed via your original payment method (iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, etc.). After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the amount within 5 working days.

  • Unused products. Full refund of the purchase price.
  • Received damaged or defective. Send us photos of the problem. We will solve it immediately with a new product or full refund.
  • Wrong product received. Contact us, we will send the correct product at no extra cost.

Have you used a discount or promotional code? Then the amount actually paid will be refunded, not the original list price.

Conditions

Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take back collars and harnesses that have clearly been worn (hair, dirt, odor).

Never return anything without contacting us first. We cannot process the return without the required return information.

Exchange

Are you unsure about the size? You can exchange your product for a different size or color. Email us with your order number and which size or color you want. We will send you the new product as soon as the return has been received. The same return conditions apply to exchanges.

Don't want to wait? Order the correct size in advance. As soon as we receive the first product back, we will refund the original.

Damaged or defective product

Did your product arrive damaged or have you discovered a factory defect? Please contact us immediately (preferably within 7 days of receipt) and send us photos of.

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The LOT number (can be found on the label)

We will send a replacement product or issue a full refund, no questions asked. No forms, no hassle.
