How do you measure your dog?
Use a flexible measuring tape
No measuring tape? Use a piece of string and measure it afterwards with a ruler.
Measure at the widest point
For a harness: measure the chest just behind the front legs. For a collar: measure the neck at the narrowest point, just below the head.
Leave two fingers of room
You should always be able to hold two fingers flat between the measuring tape and your dog. Too tight is never good.

How do I measure my dog for a harness?
Measure the chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs. Use a flexible measuring tape and leave two fingers of room.
I'm between two sizes, which do I choose?
Always choose the larger size. All our products are fully adjustable at a minimum of 4 points, so a slightly larger size can always be adjusted.
What if the size doesn't fit after all?
No problem! You have 30 days to reconsider. Doesn't fit? Exchange for free for a different size.
What size for a puppy?
Start with size XS or S, depending on the breed. Check every two weeks if the harness still fits properly — puppies grow faster than you think.
Is the hands-free leash suitable for large dogs?
Yes, up to 36 kg. The hands-free leash is one-size and adjustable from 130 to 260 cm. It's made from braided polyester rope with silicone components and zinc-alloy hardware — a different material from our waterproof leash, which is flex-poly coated nylon.
