Shipping Policy
At UNBORINGBYPIP we do everything we can to deliver your order to you (and your dog) as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs

Processing time
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during the weekend are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
We ship all orders via PostNL.
- Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
- Belgium: 2 to 3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example due to busy periods at PostNL or during holidays.
Track and trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track and trace code. This allows you to follow your package via the PostNL website.
Packaging
Your order is carefully packed in a shipping bag. We use as little packaging material as possible, but always make sure your product arrives protected.
Delivery
Your package is delivered by PostNL. Nobody home? The courier will leave the package with a neighbour or at a nearby PostNL point. You will receive a message from PostNL about this.
Order not received?
Haven't received your order after 5 business days (Netherlands) or 7 business days (Belgium)? First check your track and trace. Then contact us at hello@unboringbypip.com and we will look into it for you.
International shipping
At the moment we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live in another country and would you like to place an order? Send us an email and we will see what the options are.
