At UNBORINGBYPIPwe do everything we can to deliver your order to you (and your dog) as quickly as possible.

Processing time
Orders placed on workdays before 4.00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4.00 PM or during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Delivery time
We ship all orders via PostNL.
- Netherlands.1 to 2 working days
- Belgium.2 to 3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example due to busy times at PostNL or during public holidays.
Track and trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track and trace code. This allows you to track your package via the PostNL website.
Packaging
Your order will be carefully packaged in a shipping bag. We use as little packaging material as possible, but always ensure that your product arrives protected.
Delivery
Your package will be delivered by PostNL. Is no one home? The delivery person then leaves the package with a neighbor or a PostNL point nearby. You will receive a message from PostNL about this.
Order not received?
Have you not received your order after 5 working days (Netherlands) or 7 working days (Belgium)? First check your track and trace. Then contact us athello@unboringbypip.comand we will find out for you.
Send internationally
We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live in another country and would you like to place an order? Send us an email and we will see what the possibilities are.
