General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements via the UnboringByPip webshop (www.unboringbypip.com).

By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 1. Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2. Applicability

These conditions apply to every offer, every order and every agreement between UnboringByPip and the customer. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3. Offer and prices

All products are offered while supplies last. Prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout. UnboringByPip reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed.

Obvious errors in prices or product descriptions are not binding. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible.

Article 4. Order and agreement

An agreement is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. UnboringByPip reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.

Article 5. Payment

Payment takes place at the time of ordering via one of the available payment methods. iDEAL, credit card, Klarna or other options offered. All payments are processed securely via the Shopify platform.

When paying via Klarna, Klarna's terms and conditions apply.

Article 6. Delivery

We ship via PostNL. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. For orders to Belgium this is 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If an order has not been delivered after 14 days, please contact us at hello@unboringbypip.com.

Article 7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receiving your order without giving reasons. This is longer than the legal period of 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to hello@unboringbypip.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Products that have clearly been worn (with hair, dirt or odor) cannot be returned.

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Article 8. Exchange

Exchanges are possible for a different size or color. Please contact us at hello@unboringbypip.com with your order number and the desired size or color.

Article 9. Warranty and complaints

All UnboringByPip products meet the reasonable requirements of quality and reliability.

Do you have a complaint about a product? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt. Send a description of the problem along with photos to hello@unboringbypip.com. We will respond within 48 hours (on working days).

In the event of a manufacturing error or transport damage, we will provide a free replacement product or a full refund.

Article 10. Liability

UnboringByPip is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products. Our products are dog accessories and are not a substitute for professional advice from a veterinarian or behavior specialist.

UnboringByPip's liability is at all times limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Article 11. Intellectual property

All content on the UnboringByPip website, including texts, images, logos, designs and product photos, is the property of UnboringByPip and may not be used, copied or distributed without written permission.

Article 12. Personal data

We handle your personal data with care. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Article 13. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, UnboringByPip is not obliged to fulfill any obligation. Force majeure includes, among other things. strikes, fire, government measures, delays at suppliers or carriers, and pandemics.

Article 14. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this does not work, you can submit a dispute to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch.
