At UNBORINGBYPIP, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal under the European Consumer Rights Directive.

Cooling-off period

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The period starts on the day you (or a person designated by you) physically receive the product.

How does it work?

Not yet shipped?. Cancel your order directly using the button above. Log in to your account and cancel your order.

Already received?. Send an email to hello@unboringbypip.com with your order number. You have 14 days after receipt to return the product.

Refund. Within 14 days of cancellation or receipt of the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs.

Conditions

  • Cancellation before shipment. free of charge, full refund
  • Return after receipt. the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase
Exception

Products that are clearly made to order or excluded from return for hygienic reasons are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
