Right of withdrawal

At UNBORINGBYPIP you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal under the European Consumer Rights Directive. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you designate) physically receive the product.

Cancellation is only possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Already on its way? Then use our return policy once it arrives.

Already received? Email hello@unboringbypip.com with your order number, within 14 days of receipt.

Refund. We refund the full price, including standard shipping, within 14 days of cancellation or receipt of the return.

Conditions

  • Cancel before shipment: free of charge, full refund
  • Return after receipt: product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
  • Refund via the same payment method as the original purchase
  • Custom-made products, or items excluded for hygienic reasons, are not covered by the right of withdrawal
