Yes. Dogs need to go outside for their needs and mental stimulation. A shorter walk in heavy rain is fine — 15-20 minutes is enough.
How do I prevent my dog leash from smelling after the rain?
Use a waterproof leash. Our material doesn't absorb water or bacteria and therefore never smells. Our waterproof leashes are specially made for this.
Does my dog need a rain coat?
