From order to doorstep - here you can read all about how we get your package to you. Fast, safe, and with a Pip sticker on the box.

Quick info

Ordered before 4:00 PM on a weekday? Then your package will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, you will have it at home the next day. Above €65, shipping is free.

Processing from your order

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As soon as your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email. And as soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a second email with your Track & Trace number.

Important: Please check your address details carefully when ordering. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. Don't forget your house number - it happens more often than you think!

Delivery times & shipping costs

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days · €12.95 (free over €100)
  • Belgium: 2-3 working days · €12.95 (free over €100)
  • Germany: 2-4 working days · €12.95 (free over €100)
  • Other EU: 3-7 working days · on request

Note: delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday) it may take a little longer.

Tracking & follow your package

In your shipping confirmation email, you will find a Track & Trace link. This allows you to track your package in real-time via the carrier's website.

It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear online after your package has been shipped. No panic - your package is just on its way.

Order status understand

  • Processing: Your order is being prepared in our warehouse.
  • Shipped: The courier has picked up your package and is on the way to you.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to the specified address or to a pickup point.
  • Unfulfilled: Information is missing - check your email (including spam) for our messages.
Good to know

Orders with the status "unfulfilled" can remain open for a maximum of 30 days. If you do not respond to our emails, we will be forced to cancel the order. So always check your spam and junk folder.

Package not received?

Did you not receive your package within the expected delivery time? Please contact us as soon as possible - preferably within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

The sooner we start an investigation with the carrier, the sooner we can resend your package or refund your money.

I have not received a confirmation email. What now? +

Check your spam or junk folder. Our emails sometimes end up in the wrong folder. If you still haven't received anything after 24 hours, email us at hello@unboringbypip.com with your name and we'll look into it for you.

Can I still change my delivery address after ordering? +

Only if your order has not yet been shipped. Please send an email as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Is the package already on its way? Then we unfortunately cannot make any more changes.

What if I'm not home during delivery? +

The courier brings your package to the nearest PostNL point. You will receive a message with the address and the pickup deadline. The package will not be left without a signature.
