Shipping Policy

At UNBORINGBYPIP, we do our utmost to deliver your order to you (and your dog) as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Processing Time

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We ship all orders via PostNL.

• Netherlands:  1 to 2 business days
• Belgium:  2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example, due to busy periods at PostNL or during holidays.

Track and Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track and trace code. You can use this to track your package via the PostNL website.

Packaging

Your order will be carefully packed in a shipping bag. We use as little packaging material as possible but always ensure that your product arrives protected.

Delivery

Your package will be delivered by PostNL. If no one is home, the deliverer will leave the package with a neighbor or at a nearby PostNL point. You will receive a message from PostNL about this.

Order Not Received?

Have you not received your order after 5 business days (Netherlands) or 7 business days (Belgium)? First, check your track and trace. Then contact us at  hello@unboringbypip.com  and we will investigate it for you.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you live in another country and would like to place an order? Send us an email and we will see what the possibilities are.
